The Beavercreek Music Parents Association is lucky to be able to raise funds by providing concessions to all High School athletic events!
Here's how you can help!
Man Power!
Parent volunteers needed to fill concession shifts throughout the year. Something for everyone's schedule!
Consider signing up for several events- it's a great way to meet parents of other music students! [ More Detail ]
Stand Managers/Counters
Stand Managers take slightly more responsibility and help open and close the stand for events. [ More info ]
Counters ensure accountability of cash that is raised at each event. Interested? Email: treasurer@beavercreekmusic.org
Coordinators
Overall management of concessions has been split up between multiple coordinators (various duties can be shared)
Pizza, Pepsi, and other item ordering
Scheduling (managing shifts)
